Operating under ISO 9001:2015 certified quality controls, incoming copper ingots are analyzed via XRF spectrometry to verify lead content below 0.25% in accordance with NSF/ANSI 372. Machined valve bodies and faucet housings undergo 100% pneumatic leak checks at 0.6 MPa and hydrostatic burst testing at 1.6 MPa (16 bar) for 60 seconds. Our in-house electroplating lines are monitored via continuous 24-hour Acidic Salt Spray (ASS) tests to achieve Level 10 ratings without pitting or corrosion. Complete Material Test Reports (MTR) and inspection dossiers are permanently archived and available for export project submittals.
