KB-19: Order Execution & Warranty Protocol
Standard operating procedures for order contract sealing, pre-shipment inspections, packaging drop-tests, and P1/P2/P3 warranty resolution.
Module KB-19 codifies the order execution, container dispatch, and after-sales warranty procedures at Quanzhou Keshiman. Mass production begins only after the client signs off on our physical Golden Master Sample. Throughout casting, machining, and electroplating, quality inspectors maintain an AQL 0.65 critical defect threshold, subjecting 100% of finished valves to 1.6 MPa hydrostatic burst tests. Before container loading, we facilitate third-party inspection audits (SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV) and photograph container seals. In the event of warranty issues, claims are classified into three severity levels: P1 (batch leaks) triggers immediate free air-freight replacement parts within 48 hours; P2 (surface cosmetic flaws) provides credit deductions on subsequent orders; P3 (packaging wear) initiates carton buffer replenishment. All ceramic cartridges carry a 5-year replacement guarantee.
| Warranty Level | Issue Description | Response SLA | Resolution Protocol |
